Motorcycles are enjoyed by many throughout our state. Some people also utilize motorcycles as a primary mode of transportation. While motorcycles can be enjoyable, they also pose a great danger when motorcyclists are involved in a crash with a larger vehicle. Unfortunately, motorcycles are not built to withstand high-impact collisions with larger vehicles and the results can be quite catastrophic. If you have lost a loved one in a Florida motorcycle crash, you could be entitled to file a claim under Florida's wrongful death law for recovery of certain types of damages.
Our thoughts and condolences are with the family of Giovanni I. Ramos during this difficult time.
