Hialeah, FL (November 26, 2018) - A car crashed into a flower stand in Hialeah leaving two people injured. The crash happened on Monday, November 26th on West 68th Street near 8th Avenue.
Hialeah Fire Rescue officials were among the first agencies to arrive on the scene. Authorities report that two men were struck by the car. One of the men was unconscious while the other was conscious following the crash. Both men were transported to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital. There is no update on their condition at this time. At the time of the crash, the men were attempting to cross the road.
The driver remained at the scene and was later hospitalized after complaining of chest pains. The crash remains under investigation.
