Hillsborough County, NC (April 16, 2021) - A 19-year-old man from Ruskin was killed in a motorcycle accident that took place on Friday morning. The collision was reported around 7:15 a.m. on U.S. Highway 41 near Second Avenue Southeast.
The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene of the accident. According to police, the motorcycle was hit by an SUV that was traveling southbound on U.S. 41. The motorcyclist was thrown from the bike and died at the crash scene. He has not been identified at this. The SUV driver was not injured in the collision.
No further information has been released at this time. An investigation is ongoing.
