Hillsborough County, FL (March 28, 2019) - Students aboard a bus sustained injuries in a crash that took place on Thursday, March 28th. The crash happened along Highway 92, near Williams Road.
The bus, which was transporting students from McDonald Elementary School, was struck by a silver sedan. The sedan sustained heavy front-end damage in the crash. Police did not say what caused the crash to occur. Four injured students were hospitalized following the accident. Fortunately, their injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
There is no word on whether the vehicle driver was hurt. No further information has been released at this time.
