Florida is no stranger to tragic pedestrian accidents. Each year, over 500 people die in pedestrian-related incidents across our state and many more are seriously hurt. In this crash, there is not enough information to determine whether the pedestrian or Cadillac driver is at fault. When a pedestrian is injured in a crash, they may be able to bring a claim against an at-fault driver.
