Hillsborough County, FL (November 30, 2018) - A man is dead after being hit by a pickup truck on US 301.
Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene on Friday, November 30th. Upon arrival, they discovered that Nayomi Ramos-Perez attempted to cross the road when she was struck by the pickup. Ramos-Perez suffered critical injuries and was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead. The driver of the pickup truck was identified as a 33-year-old man.
Troopers have not said whether any charges are forthcoming as a result of this incident. No additional information is available.
