Approximately 3,500 people will lose their lives in car accidents across our state this year. Sadly, many of these will be the victims of negligent drivers who were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. Florida's wrongful death laws can cover a situation where you have lost a loved one as a result of the negligence of another motorist.
