Immokalee, FL (April 8, 2019) - Fire crews responded to a crash on State Road 29, near Alligator Alley, on Monday, April 8th. The accident took place in the early morning hours.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash. Rescue workers say that both vehicles were SUVs, one of which was towing a boat on a trailer when the crash occurred. The other SUV rolled over from the force of the impact. One person was taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries. Police have not identified the injured driver or said what may have caused the crash.
The road was closed while an investigation was ongoing but later reopened. No further information is available.
