Interlachen, FL (April 24, 2021) - A motorcyclist is dead following a two-vehicle crash in Interlachen on Friday morning. The accident happened around 10:00 a.m. along County Road 315 near the intersection with Main Drive.
The Florida Highway Patrol was called to the scene just after the collision occurred. According to troopers, a motorcyclist was traveling southbound on CR 315 when the driver tried to make a left turn onto Main Drive. As the motorcycle turned, it collided with an SUV. The 58-year-old motorcyclist was ejected from his bike and died at the accident scene. The SUV driver was not injured in the collision. No other vehicles were involved.
There is no word on whether any charges are expected. No additional information is available.
