Jackson County, FL (October 6, 2018) - Florida Highway Patrol was called to the scene of a fatal crash in Jackson County on Friday, October 5th. According to police, the crash took place on Highway 231, near the Alabama state line.
Troopers say that the crash occurred around 5:30 pm. Two cars were involved in the crash. One of the victims died from injuries sustained in the crash. The identity of the victim has not been confirmed at this time. Officers have not said if anyone else was hurt in the accident. There is no word on how the crash occurred.
