We reported on a fiery crash that occurred on Friday night in Westside Jacksonville, and now we know the names of lives lost and those involved.
35-year-old Christina Davis was in town helping her friend move to California when the Corolla and Jeep Patriot involved in the crash had a head-on collision at West Beaver and Otis Road.
Christina, Thaddeus Sutton, and a 12-year-old boy all lost their lives in the crash that night.
After this crash took place, though, another crash occurred on the same street involving two pickup trucks. One of the drivers in the vehicle, Herbert Williams, said he believes the problem with so many accidents on this road is due to the fact that there are not enough streetlights. He commented on the fact that even state troopers said they hate driving the road.
Luckily, Christina Davis’ children were not in the vehicle at the time, but many lives were taken on the road that night.
