Approximately 250,000 injury accidents will happen on Florida's streets and highways this year. Of this number, almost all of the accidents will involve the negligence of at least one person. Speeding is a form of negligence that is the cause of many car accidents. Drivers who fail to obey speed limits create a risk of injury for themselves and those sharing the roadway with them. It appears as though speeding was the primary cause of this car accident in Jacksonville
