We are saddened to hear of the tragic results in this crash. Each day, bicyclists across the state of Florida face the risk of being involved in serious and catastrophic accidents. A bicyclist is especially vulnerable because they share the road with larger, faster and more powerful vehicles.
When a bicyclist is injured due to the negligence of another, Florida’s personal injury laws come into play. An innocent bicyclist may bring a personal injury case against an at fault driver and recover for their injuries, including medical bills and pain and suffering.
