Jacksonville, FL (January 12, 2021) - Police in Jacksonville responded to the scene of a serious crash involving a car and a bicycle on Tuesday night. The crash was reported on Mayport Road near Assisi Lane.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue responded to the crash scene. At this time, there is no word on the events that led up to the accident. Paramedics took the bicyclist to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries. There is no other information available regarding the accident.
An investigation is ongoing.
