Motorcycle accidents in Florida are, unfortunately, quite common. Each year, there are about 10,000 reported motorcycle crashes in our state. Approximately 8,000 people are hurt in these accidents and more than 500 are killed. The ratio of deaths and injuries to crashes is much higher with motorcycles compared to collisions involving passenger vehicles and more traditional vehicles.
We wish to extend our thoughts and condolences to the family of the victim who was killed in this tragic Jacksonville motorcycle crash.
