Jacksonville, FL (March 9, 2019) - A three-car crash in Jacksonville on Saturday, March 9th left one person dead at the intersection of South Bowden Circle and Buckhead Road.
According to police, two vehicles were involved in a head-on crash, causing a third vehicle to be sideswiped following the initial impact of the head-on collision. One of the cars burst into flames after the accident. Authorities have pronounced one person dead from injuries sustained in the collision. A second person was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. The driver of the third vehicle did not suffer any serious injuries.
There is no word on the identity of the deceased party or why the crash occurred. Police continue to investigate the cause of this accident.
