Pedestrian accidents are common across our state. Last year, over 10,000 pedestrians were hurt in collisions with vehicles. A pedestrian accident typically involves serious injuries. When a pedestrian crash occurs, police will take a close look at the scene and will determine who is at fault for the crash.
In this accident, we do not have enough details to conclude how the crash occurred or whether the driver was at fault. If you or a loved one have been hurt in a Florida pedestrian accident that was not your fault, you may have legal rights.
