Losing a loved one to a fatal crash is one of the most difficult things to endure. No one ever expects to receive word that their family member has been killed under such tragic circumstances.
In the aftermath of a fatal crash, police will work to prepare a detailed report on the circumstances surrounding the accident. If an innocent victim died due to the negligence of another driver, Florida law provides for wrongful death claims to be made by the surviving family members of the deceased. A wrongful death claim seeks various forms of compensation for the loss of your family member.
