Jacksonville, FL (March 16, 2021) - Two people lost their lives in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 in Jacksonville. The collision took place on Tuesday, March 16th.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department responded to the scene, along with the Florida Highway Patrol. According to officials, one person was trapped inside a vehicle and suffered critical injuries. The two deceased victims were not identified. The cause of the crash is not clear at this time. The collision caused the exit ramp to I-19 to be closed for a period of time. Drives were urged to avoid the area and to expect delays near the scene.
