Pedestrian accidents in Florida take place every day. While not all pedestrian crashes will result in injuries, many of them cause serious injuries and even death in the worst-case scenario. The cause of each pedestrian crash will vary but authorities must carefully examine and investigate the scene in order to determine liability for the crash. In some cases, the crash could have been avoided and the driver will be held responsible if their negligent driving behavior led to the accident.
We would like to offer our most sincere condolences to the victim's family following this fatal pedestrian crash in Kissimmee.
