Reportable accidents take place in Florida every 92 seconds. All drivers have a duty to drive safely and avoid negligent driving behaviors. When this does not happen and a crash occurs, the driver's negligence can form the basis of a Florida personal injury claim. Personal injury claims also arise in the case of reckless driving, impaired driving, distracted driving and speeding among other things.
