A Florida hit-and-run crash can cause serious problems for victims. While it is illegal to leave the scene of an injury accident, many drivers do so anyway. Most motorists who choose to flee a crash scene are responsible for the occurrence of the crash. When these drivers are located, they can be held both civilly and criminally responsible for their negligent actions.
