Each year, many tourists and families come to Florida to visit our amusement parks, including Walt Disney World, Sea World, Epcot, and others. While almost everyone will come to the parks and have an enjoyable and memorable time, accidents can and do happen for a variety of reasons.
If you or a loved one have suffered an injury at a Florida amusement park, it is best to retain the services of an experienced personal injury attorney. Amusement park injuries present complicated factual scenarios and determining the responsible party can be difficult. Mechanical failure and operator error are two common causes of injuries experienced by amusement park guests.
