Lake County, FL (September 12, 2020) - Police and rescue crews were on the scene of a serious accident in Lake County on Friday, September 11th. The accident was reported just before 6:00 p.m. on State Road 19 near the intersection with County Road 455.
According to reports from the scene, there were at least two cars involved in the crash. Fire crews were seen attempting to extricate at least one victim from a white pickup truck. There is no word on the seriousness of the injuries or the condition of the crash victims at this time. Police have not released any details on what caused the crash to occur. Due to the heavy police and emergency worker presence at the scene, motorists were urged to find an alternate route for their travels.
