Hit-and-run crashes can be a very devastating event for victims. This is especially true when the victim is a bicyclist or pedestrian as these groups are especially vulnerable to suffering serious injuries in a crash with a vehicle. Hit-and-run drivers are often negligent in some way and choose to flee the scene intentionally in order to avoid responsibility for their actions. Once caught, they will face stiff civil and criminal penalties.
We extend our thoughts to Caleb Donaldson and hope for his complete recovery.
