Serious car accidents in Florida happen each and every day. In fact, according to statistics, a reportable crash occurs about once every 90 seconds. Many of these crashes take place so suddenly that they are unavoidable and end up resulting in death or serious injuries for innocent victims. Most Florida car accidents are initially caused by the actions of a negligent driver who can be held legally responsible for the collision.
