Serious pedestrian accidents occur daily throughout Florida and many pedestrians involved in these accidents are innocent victims of negligent drivers. Drivers often fail to see pedestrians and fail to yield to them, causing major crashes to occur. It is common for pedestrian accident victims to sustain broken bones, as well as spinal cord injuries and brain trauma in these crashes. A pedestrian accident in Florida can be truly a life-changing event.
