A car accident is reported every 92 seconds in Florida. When you have been injured in an accident, your first and most important focus should be on your recovery. In the days and weeks following the crash, you should seek to obtain the best possible medical treatment for your injuries. Obtaining treatment as soon as possible helps ensure that your injuries will not linger. Additionally, delays in treatment may affect the value of your case as the insurance adjuster assigned to your claim may think that you were not legitimately hurt in the crash.
