Lehigh Acres, FL (January 15, 2020) - One person suffered injuries following a crash between a truck and a school bus in Lehigh Acres. The crash occurred on Wednesday, January 15th.
According to reports, the bus was on its way to Riverside High School when it collided with the truck. The truck rolled over following the accident, near the intersection of Douglas Avenue and Lee Boulevard. The truck driver was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries Two students on board the bus complained of knee and back pain and were taken to the hospital to be evaluated.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing. No additional details are available at this time.
