A fatal crash is reported approximately every three hours in Florida. This means that there are eight or more traffic fatalities each day across our state. While no one ever gets into a car thinking that they could end up seriously injured or killed, the reality is that fatal crashes occur multiple times a day on our streets and highways.
There is no greater pain than losing a loved one to a fatal car accident. This is especially true when the accident was not their fault. If you have lost a loved one due to the negligence of another driver, you may be entitled to file a wrongful death claim on behalf of your deceased family member. Wrongful death claims allow for the recovery of certain expenses such as medical bills and lost wages from the deceased person.
