Fatal crashes occur about eight times per day on Florida's streets and highways. In this crash, it appears as though a failure to yield led to deadly results. Even a simple act of driver negligence can have catastrophic and life-altering consequences in a matter of seconds.
If you have lost a loved one as a result of the negligent acts of another driver, you may have a claim under Florida's wrongful death law. The wrongful death statute allows a next-of-kin to bring a claim on behalf of the deceased victim to recover certain types of compensation. Although we know that no amount of money will ease the pain you are feeling, we want to help with some of the burdens that you are facing during this difficult time.
