Our thoughts are with the man injured in the accident on Lake Washington. Florida is home to many bodies of water, including lakes, rivers and oceans. Maritime activities such as boating are popular with many residents.
Unfortunately, these activities can turn tragic on a moment's notice. When an incident such as this occurs, a full investigation is required. An experienced attorney can assist in discovering the facts and circumstances of the accident that could prove whether negligence played a role. If it turns out that the incident was preventable, any negligent parties can and should be held responsible for the damages caused.
