Fatal crashes are reported, on average, eight times per day in Florida. Motorcycles, moped, and scooter riders are an especially vulnerable group. These vehicles do not offer the same protection provided by cars in the event of a crash.
Sadly, in this case, it seems as though an innocent life was lost due to the negligence of the minibus driver. We would like to extend our sincerest condolences to the family of Angela Polanco during this difficult time.
