Miami, FL (March 21, 2020) - A woman was killed in a crash involving her vehicle and a tractor-trailer in Miami. The crash was reported on Thursday, March 18th on Northwest 79th Street near the intersection with 22nd Avenue.
According to reports, the car was struck as it attempted to turn in front of the tractor-trailer. The driver of the car was pronounced dead as a result of her injuries. Her identity has not been released at this time. The tractor-trailer driver was not injured in the crash. Traffic at the scene was backed up for hours as police and rescue workers remained at the crash scene.
