Miami, FL (October 5, 2018) - A pedestrian crash on Friday, October 5th left an 8 year old hospitalized in Miami-Dade County.
Miami-Dade Police responded to the scene at Southwest 57th Street near Southwest 112th Street. When they arrived, they discovered that the girl had been struck by a vehicle close to the intersection. The girl, who has not been identified, was transported to Kendall Regional Medical Center. She was reported to be conscious upon leaving the scene, but there is no word on the extent of her injuries.
The driver of the vehicle remained on scene. There is no additional information available at this time.
