Miami, FL (October 4, 2019) - A fatal wrong-way crash was reported in Miami on Friday, October 4th. The crash happened around 5:00 a.m. at the intersection of Northwest 20th Street and Second Avenue.
Officers say that the accident occurred when a black sedan collided head-on with an Allasco truck. A passenger inside the truck reported to officers that they were waiting to make a turn when the car collided with them head-on. A woman inside the car was trapped inside her vehicle and had to be extricated. The woman was taken to the hospital where she later died fro her injuries. Police have not identified the victim at this time.
The Miami Police are investigating the accident and no further information is available at this time.
