Miami, FL (October 24, 2019) - A crash involving six vehicles was reported near Florida International University on Thursday, October 24th. The crash took place around 2:30 p.m. in the area of Northeast 163rd Street and Biscayne Boulevard.
The Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and North Miami Beach police responded to the crash scene. A total of nine people sustained injuries in the crash. Two of the victims were taken to Aventura Hospital as a trauma alert. The other seven were transported to other area hospitals with unknown injuries. Northbound traffic on Biscayne Boulevard was blocked as a result of the crash and the roadway was shut down.
