Miami, FL (January 11, 2021) - One person died and three others were taken to a hospital following a crash in Miami on Sunday. The accident happened around 5:00 p.m. on Southwest 110th Avenue and 248th Street.
According to a report, a van was speedy when the driver lost control, causing the van to veer off the roadway and strike a guardrail. One person died at the scene while three people, including a toddler, were taken to Kendall Regional Trauma Center. The victims have not been identified at this time. There is no word on the cause of the crash at this time. An investigation is ongoing.

The Tampa Police Department was on the scene of a fatal crash on Thursday, January 9th. The crash was reported around 11:13 a.m. on Bayshore Boulevard near the intersection with W. Julia Avenue. According to reports, a Pinch a Penny truck left the roadway and struck the jogger while he was on the shoulder of the roadway. The jogger then fell over a concrete barrier and into the Tampa Bay. The jogger was taken to a nearby hospital where they were later pronounced dead. Authorities have not identified the victim at this time. Read more
