Florida is a dangerous place for pedestrians. According to statistics, our state leads the nation in most pedestrian deaths as more than 5,000 pedestrians were killed in crashes on our roadways between 2008 and 2017. In addition to this number, there were many more thousands who suffered catastrophic injuries requiring hospitalization and costly medical treatment as a result of a Florida pedestrian accident.
Our thoughts go out to the victim in this Miami Gardens pedestrian crash and we certainly hope for a complete and speedy recovery from his injuries.
