Miami Gardens, FL (November 30, 2019) - A pedestrian was killed in a crash that took place in Miami Gardens on Friday, November 29th. The accident was reported around 6:00 a.m on Northwest 199th Street near the intersection with Second Avenue.
According to reports, the pedestrian was struck by a black Honda Civic. The Civic had a broken windshield and front-end damage following the crash. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene and has not been identified by authorities at this time. There is no information on the circumstances leading up to the crash. The driver of the Civic suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Police have not said whether any charges are expected.
