About 250,000 injury accidents will take place this year in Florida. Almost every injury accident involves some form of negligent driving. When a head-on collision occurs, there is a high probability of serious or catastrophic injuries resulting from the crash. The causes of head-on crashes vary but typically involve distraction, drowsiness, impairment, or a medical event causing the driver to lose control of their car. The driver who crosses the center line is almost always going to be legally responsible for the damages that they have caused.
