Miramar, FL (May 16, 2021) - Police in Miramar responded to the scene of a fatal pedestrian crash on Saturday, May 15th. The accident took place on Interstate 75 near Miramar Parkway.
According to a report, a male pedestrian was crossing I-75 when he was hit by a vehicle. The pedestrian, who has not been identified, died at the crash scene. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the law enforcement investigation. The southbound lanes of the roadway were closed for several hours as an investigation was ongoing.
There is no word on potential charges and no further information is available.
