Naples, FL (June 4, 2019) - A crash involving two cars was reported on Tuesday morning, June 4th. The crash took place around 2:00 a.m. at the intersection of Estey Avenue and Airport Road South.
Police and rescue crews responded to the scene to find two cars involved in the crash. Following an investigation, it was determined that one of the vehicles ran a red light and collided with the other. One of the vehicles was seen with damage to its front end. According to police, there were injuries involved in the crash but the exact nature of the injuries and the number of people hurt is not known at this time. The road was blocked near the crash scene as police worked to investigate and clear the wreckage, but the lanes later reopened for traffic.
Police continue to investigate and no further details were immediately available.
