Naples, FL (August 21, 2019) - A woman from Naples was involved in a hit-and-run crash on Wednesday, August 21st at 106th Avenue North.
The Collier County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene around 7:18 a.m. in response to the collision. When deputies arrived, they found a woman in a ditch on the side of the road. The woman was airlifted to a nearby hospital with serious injuries, including a fractured femur. Police say that parts of the vehicle, including a headlight, were left at the scene. Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol are looking for the suspect vehicle at this time.
