A fatal accident takes place about every three hours across our state. Fatal crashes happen for a variety of different reasons, including distraction, impaired driving, and reckless driving. Regardless of the cause, however, many victims of fatal accidents lose their lives due to the actions of negligent drivers. If you have lost a loved one in a Florida car accident, you could potentially file a wrongful death claim against the negligent driver who caused the crash.
Our thoughts and condolences go out to the family of the victim during this difficult time.
