Nocatee, FL (November 4, 2019) - A crash between a car and a golf cart sent two teenagers to the hospital in Nocatee. The crash happened on Sunday, November 3rd on Capital Green Drive near Cross Water Parkway.
According to reports, a 16-year-old was driving the golf cart with a 17-year-old passenger aboard when the collision took place. The 16-year-old was airlifted to a local hospital while the 17-year-old was transported via ambulance. Authorities believe that the 16-year-old's injuries are non-life-threatening at this time and there is no word on the extent of the 17-year-old's injuries. The driver of the vehicle was not hurt.
Police are still investigating and the circumstances surrounding the crash have not been released. There is no further information available at this time.
