North Miami Beach, FL (July 25, 2018) – A man received a serious stomach injury after he was shot in a robbery yesterday. The incident took place in North Miami Beach, according to police.
Police said that the shooting took place in the area of a tattoo shop. It happened on 4th Avenue and 167th Street. The man was taken to the hospital but police have not been able to confirm his condition at this time. The North Miami Beach police have been assessing the situation.
The man walked into a tattoo shop and was visibly bleeding, telling the owner that he was just robbed. The artist in the shop heard banging on the door, which was locked at the time. He had the victim lay down and then held onto the wound with paper towels until police arrived at the scene.
