Deadly accidents are a truly heartbreaking experience for family and loved ones who must deal with the sudden tragedy of an extreme loss. In cases where a family member is taken due to the extreme negligence or intentional actions of another driver, the pain is compounded by the fact that the crash was entirely avoidable. Under Florida's wrongful death laws, surviving family members may have certain legal rights against motorists whose negligence has led to the death of a relative.
