Northwest Miami-Dade, FL (August 4, 2019) - A rollover crash in Northwest Miami-Dade left two people injured. The crash took place on the Dolphin Expressway around 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 3rd.
Investigators with the Florida Highway Patrol report that a white Toyota sedan and a red Ford pickup were traveling eastbound when a sideswipe collision occurred. One of the vehicles traveled into a guardrail after impact, before rolling over. The Ford driver was taken to Doctors Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The Toyota driver sustained only minor injuries and was treated at the scene. The Miami-Dade Fire Rescue also responded and assisted at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation at this time.
