Ocala, FL (March 31, 2019) - The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a two-car crash that left one person dead on Saturday, March 30th.
Troopers say that Bianca Gonzalez was operating a vehicle on US Highway 27, near Northwest 115th Avenue. Gonzalez's car was clipped by another car that failed to stop at an intersection. The impact caused Gonzalez's vehicle to flip several times before coming to a rest. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver did not sustain any serious injuries.
Police are looking into the cause of the crash. There is no word on whether any charges will be filed against the other driver.
